Indianapolis—The NCAA Division II Super Region Two football rankings were released and three teams from the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) were listed in its Top 10.
Miles was listed as the top-ranked team, while Fort Valley made the list at No.6. Albany State
closed out Super Regional Two rankings at No. 10.

After its 35-17 victory over Stillman, Fort Valley has two SIAC East Division games remaining on its schedule. The Wildcats, (6-2, 4-1), will play Morehouse on Saturday, before preparing to face their rival Albany State on November 3 in Columbus for the Fountain City Classic. Fort Valley’s two losses
this season came at the hands of teams with a combined record of 11-3.
Albany State, (5-3, 4-1), got off to its worst start since 2002, but has since turned things around. After starting the season 1-3, the 2011 East Division Champion kept their playoff and Division Championship hopes alive by winning four consecutive games. Albany State will play Benedict on Saturday, before gearing up to play Fort Valley on November, 3rd.
Regional football rankings will be released each week until the end of the regular season on
November 10th. The top six teams from each super region will make up the NCAA Division II Football Playoff Field.
